KST TUB A 1001 M OA - Specially developed flux-cored wire to deposit in the form of spray an alloy of chromium carbides dispersed in an austenitic matrix, with a very high abrasive wear resistance under juice, to be applied on the teeth of sugar cane mill feed rolls, improving the gripping properties during the crushing process with excellent efficiency.

KST EH CR 63 –

  • High Cr. Carbide base electrode for hard facing pieces of equipment subject to elevated abrasive wear. 
  • The electrode is appropriate for depositing fillet beads on the corners and edges of earth moving equipments.  Other applications: Cement plants, ceramic industries etc. 
  • High recovery with respect to core wire: 170%.

KST E 600 HT –

  • Basic coated electrode specially recommended for hard facing pieces of earth moving equipment and mining, cone crushers etc. 
  • The weld metal alloy is adequate for resistance to high abrasion and impact. 
  • Excellent head appearance. 
  • Finishing by grinding only. 
  • Recovery approximately 130%.

 KST EH CR 65 - 

  • Due to the presence of special Cr, Mo, Nb, V and W carbides, this coated electrode deposits a high wear resistant weld metal.
  • Applications: sugar mill, cement & ceramic industries, earth moving equipment, sinter breakers in steel mills etc.    
  • The abrasion resistance is guaranteed in working temperatures upto 600oc. 
  • High recovery with respect to core wire: 240%
