Continuous Mono Vertical Cooling Crystallizer

To assist the campaign by sugar mills in India for reduction of sugar loss in molasses through maximization of exhaustion of the mother liquor of the low grade strikes in Crystallizers, Shrijee developed the Vertical Continuous Cooling Crystallizer in 1980 to enable regulated cooling of the Massecuite in a continuous and positive flow. 150 installations made in India and abroad have proved the expectations by realization of space and power economies, high purity drops of 6 units and maintenance and trouble free operation over the production campaign.

Easy Maintenance

Custom made to suit individual layouts.

Performance of Vertical Crystallizer

Performance of 'Shrijee' Vertical Crystallizer (Capacity 150 to 300 Tons) was observed in 1991 in eight sugar factories of Tamil Nadu.
